• When is the event?
    • November 10th, 7:00PM – 8:00PM. We recommend logging into the event 15 minutes prior to the 7 o’clock start time to check your connectivity and test your speakers.
  • Where can I purchase a ticket?
    • Tickets can be purchased online, HERE or by calling Jordan Wright at (817) 338-8406.
  • Where will I receive my virtual event admission link?
    • You will receive your virtual event admission link to the email address you provided during registration no later than November 9th from Mary Berg, mberg@ugm-tc.org.
  • What happens if I do not receive my virtual event admission link?
    • If you do not receive your virtual event admission link by November 9th, please reach out to Mary Berg at (817) 338-8489.
  • How long will the event last?
    • The event will last 1 hour. We recommend logging into the event 15 minutes prior to the 7 o’clock start time to check your connectivity and test your speakers.
  • How will I watch the event?
    • To access the event, click on your virtual event admission link sent to you by email. You will be able to watch the event from any device you choose – smart TV, laptop, desktop, tablet, or smartphone. Laptops and some other devices can be connected to your TV using an HDMI cord for streaming the event. We recommend logging into the event 15 minutes prior to the 7 o’clock start time to check your connectivity and test your speakers.
  • How many people can watch the concert with me?
    • You are able to have as many people watch with you as you are comfortable with. We encourage households to watch the concert together with their family, friends, neighbors or however they feel best socially distanced.
  • Is this event family friendly?
    • Yes, we encourage you to watch this event together as a family or with friends and neighbors – however you feel best socially distanced. 
  • Who can I contact if I am having technical difficulties?
    • You will be able to call (817) 338-8406 the night of the event if you are experiencing technical issues.
